This was a powerful 3-day course. It helped me connect with my body in a deeper way. Especially on day 3, I could really feel my body responding to the exercises. The body map helped me notice patterns I hadn’t seen before, which was very helpful. What I’m taking away the most is the discovery that I can connect with my body, listen to it, and be there for any part of it. All I really needed was guidance, and Monica provided that beautifully. I’m very happy I took part in this course. It truly awakened something in me and showed me the wisdom of my body, our bodies. Thank you.
